Scope:
Within the scope of Article 10 titled “Data Controller’s Disclosure Obligation” of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), we, as Intercall BPO, inform you about:

As the Data Controller, we would like to clarify these matters. At Intercall BPO, we take all necessary care to process the personal data of our customers, employees, and all other relevant parties in communication with us in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Turkey, international agreements our country is a party to, and all applicable legislation including the KVKK.
Purpose of Processing Personal Data:
To ensure the sustainability and efficiency of our commercial activities, it is inevitable for us to be in regular contact with you through various communication tools. Since we need to be in communication with you either one-on-one or via any communication tool (verbal communication with our company, use of our website, social media tools, call centers, and similar platforms), and since you may need to share certain personal data within the scope of KVKK during this communication, your data may be collected and processed through written or electronic systems. Your personal data is primarily processed to maintain efficient and healthy relationships with customers, employees, and other relevant parties without compromising Intercall BPO’s quality standards. Within this scope, to conduct our commercial activities properly, to be able to communicate with you, to improve the services we offer based on your requirements, to increase your satisfaction, to measure your satisfaction and benefit positively from the results, to inform you about relevant topics in line with our communication purpose, to increase internal efficiency with our employees, and to manage our human resources policies, your data may be processed. In accordance with Turkish legislation and group company policies, personal data may be processed within the scope of financial, administrative, legal, auditing, and other obligations, provided that it complies with the relevant regulations.
Recipients and Purposes of Processed Personal Data:
In compliance with KVKK provisions and limited to the purposes stated above, your personal data may be transferred to all our domestic and international business partners, suppliers, dealers, service providers, group companies, employees, relevant units in communication with you, company managers, authorized persons, shareholders, and all judicial, administrative, public institutions and organizations, and private persons authorized by legislation. Before transfer, it is ensured that the data shared is limited to the service to be received or provided, and all necessary measures are taken to protect your personal data.
Methods and Legal Basis of Personal Data Collection:
Your personal data is collected, recorded, and processed verbally, in writing, or electronically depending on the communication tools we use and the purposes stated in sections (1) and (2) of this Disclosure Text. The primary reason for collecting these personal data is to fulfill our contractual and legal obligations towards all parties we communicate and exchange data with concerning our commercial activities. Accordingly, in contracts, commercial forms, documents, online services, communication forms, and mandatory processes under Trade Law, Labor Law, Occupational Health and Safety legislation, and other relevant legislation, certain personal data may be required. Besides the listed methods, your personal data may be collected, recorded, and processed by various means as needed and compliant with KVKK to sustain our commercial activities.
Your Rights Under Article 11 of KVKK:
According to Article 11 of KVKK, personal data owners have the following rights:
- To learn whether personal data is processed,
- To request information if personal data has been processed,
- To know the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
- To request correction if personal data is incomplete or incorrect,
- To request deletion or destruction of personal data under KVKK conditions,
- To request notification of correction or deletion to third parties to whom data has been transferred,
- To object to results against oneself by automatic analysis,
- To request compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing.
You can submit your requests in writing or by other means specified by the Personal Data Protection Board to exercise your rights. Requests should be sent with wet signature by post to Barbaros Mahallesi, Mor Sümbül Sokak, Nidakule No: 7/3f İç Kapı No: 12 Ataşehir / İstanbul or via email to [email protected]. Your request must include sufficient information and identity documents for verification. Requests will be finalized within 30 days at the latest. Although requests are generally free, the company reserves the right to charge a fee according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
