Gülçin Yağlı’s Brave Journey


Life does not always move in a straight line. Sometimes, an unexpected crossroads leads you to an entirely different future. My story began just like that: with brave decisions, endless curiosity, and never giving up. Today, I work at InterCall BPO as a Junior Payout Reporting Specialist, and when I look back, I have no regrets about any of the choices I made.

Lessons from Courage
My journey began at Zonguldak Science High School. Later, I learned discipline and patience at the Naval Academy. After that, I completely changed my direction and graduated top of my class in Psychology in just three years. Even though it seemed like I was scattered across different paths, every experience prepared me for the career I have today.
That’s why I want to tell everyone looking for a job in a call center or wanting to build a career in customer service: Life may not always go as planned, but when you find the right workplace, all your experiences gain value.

A New Beginning at InterCall BPO
Today, working at InterCall BPO is not just a job for me; it is also a school where trust, inspiration, and growth opportunities come together. For anyone who wants to build a career in the call center industry, this is truly a place of learning and development. While ensuring transparency in payouts, I experience the power of teamwork and open communication every single day.
What I’ve learned at InterCall BPO is that success is not only about the accuracy of reports, but also about teamwork, communication skills, and the courage to learn from mistakes. That’s why I can say with confidence that starting as a Customer Service Representative and later advancing to roles such as Human Resources, Training, Steering, or Sales Coach makes InterCall BPO the right address for career growth.

The Future and Inspiration
I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics. My goal is to specialize in the world of big data and contribute to the transformation of technology. But no matter where my path leads, the experience I’ve gained at InterCall BPO will always provide me with a strong foundation.
