Inbound Team Leader

At InterCall BPO, we are looking for a Team Leader to help us take our team’s success to the next level.
In this role, the person will be responsible for managing the team’s daily operations, monitoring performance, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and coordinating the daily operations of team members
• Setting and monitoring team goals and developing strategies
• Providing support and guidance to the team to achieve objectives
• Monitoring and evaluating team performance
• Regularly reporting to management on team performance and goals
• Ensuring the smooth execution, improvement, and development of assigned processes
• Maintaining team motivation and fostering team spirit
• Preparing necessary reports and analyses
• Ensuring both internal and external customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic and adherence to company rules
• Proficiency in MS Office programs
• Preferably experience as a Call Center Team Leader
• Ability to prepare regular reports
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Strong leadership and motivational skills
• Team-oriented, with strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Target-driven with strong analytical thinking ability
