We are looking for a Sales Coach with advanced Dutch language skills to work in a dynamic and customer-oriented environment, achieve sales targets while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction, and manage and develop customer relationships in the Customer Service / Call Center sector. Role and Responsibilities

• Analyze customer demands and needs, and provide appropriate solutions
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
• Communicate effectively to improve customer satisfaction
• Use skills such as analysis, analytical thinking, financial analysis, competitor analysis, and data analysis to optimize sales processes
• Acquire new customers and strengthen existing customer relationships
• Conduct market analysis, follow trends, and prepare reports
• Effectively manage call center processes
• Evaluate feedback to improve service quality
• Prepare sales reports and present them to management
• Encourage teamwork and knowledge sharing
