Yes. In all three of our locations, home office work is possible. If you prefer, you can also work from our offices in the cities where we are located.

To work under the freelance model, you must establish a sole proprietorship. This allows you to sign a legal contract with InterCall BPO and invoice your income.

If you live in Turkey, Albania, or Bosnia and Herzegovina, the process varies according to the laws and regulations of each country. Our HR team will guide you and connect you with a professional accountant to handle the official procedures.
How does the training process work?
